On this track, the Wu-Tang members give a great insight on the reality of the AIDS epidemic going on in the 90's by giving different aspects of getting AIDS. This song and the album was recorded and released during the rise of AIDS in the 90's, with many contributions from other hip-hop artist such as Pete Rock, Lost Boyz, Mobb Deep, Goodie Mob, Common, De La Soul and many more.
